Large 1" Hydrodynamic Internal Mixers ( Back to top )
This is for more thorough mixing of the V.O. (Vegetable oil) with the methoxide.Others just rely on the pump to do the mixing. This internal mixer makes a big difference in the quality of the end product and shortens the mixing time.
Bubble Wash/ Air Polish System ( Back to top )
This line feeds a supply of air to the bottom of our reactor tank to aid in the washing and air drying of the finished fuel.Our internal bubblier is at the very bottom of the tanks. It is maintenance free and will not wear, plug up or foul and will give years of reliable performance.
In-Stream/ Filter Unit ( Back to top )
This component is unique to biodiesel123.com processors. It has a drain cock that makes it very easy to take fuel or oil samples at any point in the process. The filter has a heavy duty stainless steel mesh that continuously screens out particles larger than 40 Micron. When necessary just unscrew it and remove the screen for cleaning. This will eliminate the need to pre-filter your feedstock saving you time and improving the final fuel.

Each reactor tank on any of our processors has its own tank mounted thermometer so you can easily monitor the temperature of the fluid in your tanks.
1 Hour Mechanical Timer ( Back to top )
1 Hour Mechanical Timer – This timer controls the pump and optional S.F.G. (Sonic Frequency Generator) and accessories plugged into the left hand side receptacle of the electric panel. The receptacle on the right hand side of the Electric Panel is always and ready to go.
Filter Can Assembly ( Back to top )
A very unique and vital part of the Biodiesel making process. This device is held in place with a removable “receiver style” bracket that we manufacture and is easily removed with one pin. The Filter Can may be used to filter vegetable oil or finished fuel down to 1 micron. Extra Filter socks included are 1, 10, 50, 100 and 200 micron. The Filter Can now comes with all large 1” plumbing and includes leak proof Quick Clamp Couplings, for hose attachment and disconnect for easy removal.
Filler Nozzle and Extra Hose ( Back to top )
Filler nozzle has a 1” ball cock and will flow continuously until turned off. No more need to keep the standard spring loaded filler nozzle squeezed open with your hand. 12 Extra feet of Hoses that are Biodiesel Compatible and crush resistant. All connections are now 1” Quick Clamp Couplings.
Water Supply System ( Back to top )
Our special water supply system provides heated water to the mister water wash heads and to the reactor for the bubble wash step without having to go through the pump. This will keep help water out of the pump when making Biodiesel and eliminates the fuel from cooling down during washing. Heated wash water speeds up and improves all aspects of the wash process.
Tall Work Area ( Back to top )
We have raised our reactor tanks so you have plenty of room to place and remove tall 5 gallon pails. The added height also makes it convenient for the user offering more room to quickly remove water or crude glycerin by hose from the reactor tanks if you choose.
Safety Sealed/ Vinted Chem. Tank ( Back to top )
Our smaller chemical tanks are fitted with our own airtight seals and a quality ½” vent line that is designed to vent any dangerous methanol fumes safely away from the machine and process. This vent line is to be vented outside safely away from people or animals or back in to an air tight container.
Hugh Commercial Grade Pump ( Back to top )
The pump is the heart of any Biodiesel system and we only use the best. Our “made in the U.S.A.” pump is for Biodiesel and is a ½ hp, 115 volt (easily wired for 220 volt), 9 amps, 60/50 Hz., totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC), self-priming, 1” intake and exhaust, cast iron, high temp. For long life and a maximum flow rate of 52 gallons per minute.
Total Drain Tanks (not pictured) with Steel Bulkheads ( Back to top )
We manufacture our own large opening total drain steel bulkhead fittings using specially designed Biodiesel resistant gaskets. We now offer the new total drain tanks that that eliminate standing fuel/water/sludge. These tanks will not require any clean up maintenance.
One Piece Welded Frame ( Back to top )
Fabricated in house is our solid 1 piece frame. It’s so tough it can even be trailored with a full load, but this is not recommended. This unique frame is even painted with our exclusive Biodiesel resistant paint that we distribute nation wide. No flexing and no occasional adjustment needed, your liquids will be held securely and that makes it safe.
Biodiesel Resistant Deck & Paint ( Back to top )
Each of our processor comes mounted on a reinforced pallet with a Biodiesel resistant deck material mounted in between the frame and the reinforced pallet. These decks are designed to be left on the processors but they can be removed if you wish.
Expandable Production Plumbing ( Back to top )
Each one of our processors is designed for you to expand production if you desire. This design allows you to add our 120-gallon module or more by removing caps and simply plumbing it right in by yourself. This module can in most cases double your production per day.
Built-in Mist Wash System ( Back to top )
Mist washing is a critical part of making high quality Biodiesel. A simple garden hose connection feeds our mist wash system. Our mist heads are metered with the fastest rate possible. We now offer our “NEW” optional, Hyper Wash attachment that can be ordered with a machine or it can be purchased and added to any of our processors. The optional Hyper Wash $99.00, doubles the amount of water used at the point your fuel is ready. This cuts your mist wash time in half or more!
Heated & Insulated Tanks ( Back to top )
All of our reactor tanks are heated and insulated poly cone bottom tanks. Our heaters are safe and trouble free. We have developed our own Hydronic Heating System that is a huge step ahead of our competition. This Hydronic Heating System pumps hot fluids through the reactor tanks interior constantly, without mixing, making this the most efficient and safest heating system available.
Heavy Duty Electrical Panel ( Back to top )
Our electrical panel features a commercial type Start/Stop switch. All wiring is done in heavy-duty 12 gauge wire. The panel also has 4 – 20 amp, GCFI electric receptacles for accessories.
Sonic Frequency Generator (SFG) $399.99 ( Back to top )
This is an option that everybody wants. It dramatically reduces the time per batch. Settling time is reduced from 3 to 4 hours down to a fraction of that. It also improves the mixing and conversion process. Each frame has mounting brackets ready to bolt one up. Each SFG comes with a frequency controller conveniently located above and behind the Electric Panel that allows for frequency adjustment. You turn it low for water removal or high or anywhere in between for crude glycerin removal.

Bubble Wash/ Air Polish Manifold ( Back to top )
Built into each reactor tank is our bubble wash and air polishing (drying) equipment. This is the air manifold with needle valves to accurately supply air to the bubblers. Use one or on all tanks at the same time. These bubblers will not weaken, plug or foul for years of reliable use.
Biodiesel Professional Titration Kit ( Back to top )
The simplest, most accurate and complete PH testing equipment for determining the fatty acid content of your used vegetable oil. Everything needed for oil testing is supplied including the most vivid color change PH solution available. Testing is necessary with unknown feedstock and is easily accomplished in 3 minutes with a little practice.
Pick-up Want/ Agitation Wand ( Back to top )
This is an unusual tool that we find handy in many situations. It is used for oil pick-up and filtering out in the field, in the shop for transferring oil with the processor pump, bubble agitation of fuel or oil that is in storage. Even the blending of chemicals or Petroleum Diesel with Biodiesel and many more uses. Comes complete with air and 1”Quick Clamp Coupling hose fittings.
